The Norwalk International Cultural Exchange annual NICE Festival is the leading multi-cultural program for the City of Norwalk. The program features dancers, musicians, and art vendors that reflect the diverse lifestyle that mirror the rich global heritage of Norwalk. This event attracts more than 5,000 attendees from the greater Norwalk area and the entire Northeast.
The Mayor’s Office continues to support this annual event now in its eighth year.
