East Culture Arts, Inc. (ECA) is a non-profit organization, and was founded by their president, choreographer, song and skit writer, Lena Tan and others in West Hartford, CT in 2002. Our special purposes and objectives are to increase the awareness and understanding of Chinese-American culture and to promote cultural exchange through singing, dancing, and other activities associated with arts.
